What are the prizes for this promotion?
FIVE HUNDRED (500) GRAND PRIZES: Each prize includes one Nintendo Switch™ -- OLED Model system and download code for a digital Nintendo Switch™ game to be selected by the Sponsor.

How many prizes could I win?
There is a limit of one sweepstakes prize per person throughout the promotion period.
How do I earn a bonus sweepstakes entry?
If you are 13 years or older, you can receive a bonus entry by:

    a. Make a Qualifying Purchase and Upload your Receipt: During the Promotion Period, purchase one of the following specially-marked packages of CAPRI SUN®

    CAPRI SUN® 10ct and 30ct (Fruit Punch, Strawberry Kiwi, Pacific Cooler) CAPRI SUN® 30ct Variety Pack

    Be sure to keep your receipt. Online purchases are not eligible.

    Take an image of your entire receipt. The receipt image must be clear and legible, and display all of the following: the purchase date and time, and the Qualifying Purchase(s), the price of the Qualifying Purchase(s) and total amount spent.

    Follow the links and instructions to upload your receipt image. Each receipt can only be uploaded once.

    You will receive an email once your receipt has been reviewed and approved with directions to return to the Website. The review process will take up to 2-3 days. If your receipt was not approved, you will receive an email communication explaining the reason for rejection. You may upload the receipt again if you are able to cure the issues provided in the email communication.

    Once your receipt is approved, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

If you are 6 years or older, you can receive a bonus entry by:

Alternate Method: To receive a bonus Sweepstakes entry without making a Qualifying Purchase, hand print, on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, your parent or legal guardian's information (if you are under the age of thirteen (13)) or your information for the following: name, email address, and date-of-birth and mail it in an envelope to: “Capri Sun & Nintendo Sweepstakes,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5021, Department 859488, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5021. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by April 1, 2024 and received by April 8, 2024.

Limit: Up to ten (10) bonus Sweepstakes entries, per email address/person, during the Promotion Period regardless of method or combination of methods of entry.

How do I redeem My Nintendo™ Points?
Upon your first entry, you'll receive 100 My Nintendo™ Platinum Points. You'll receive an email to collect them at the end of the promotion around March 31, 2024, including a 16-digit/character code. You can redeem this code on the My Nintendo™ website and receive 100 Platinum Points to redeem for some cool digital rewards.

Follow these steps to redeem your point code:
  1. Log in to my.nintendo.com with your Nintendo Account.
    (Don't have an account? You can create one by selecting "Create account.")
  2. Select "Redeem a point code" from the menu that can be accessed by clicking on the upper left-hand corner of the webpage.
  3. Enter the 16-digit point code when prompted and hit submit. A pop up will appear to let you know how many points you have received.
  4. Points will be automatically added to your points total (which you can see in the top-right corner of the screen).

This My Nintendo™ Point Code can only be redeemed for Platinum Points once and must be redeemed by 4/30/2024. A Nintendo Account is required to redeem the point code and receive points. By creating a Nintendo Account, the user is automatically enrolled in the My Nintendo™ rewards program. Platinum Points expire if not used within 6 months of receipt. Point Codes have no cash value.

How will I know if my child has won a prize?
The winner will be notified via the parent/guardian email they included when signing up. You should receive an email around April 11, 2024, if your child has won a prize.
I got a message that I've already entered today, but I haven't. What should I do?
Exit the site and clear your browser's cookies and cache and revisit the site. Be sure to always visit https://sweepstakes.caprisun.com/ directly rather than a bookmarked page in your browser.
I think I'm having technical issues. What should I do?
Try these troubleshooting tips:
  1. Make sure you're using the most up to date version of your browser
  2. Check to see that JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings
  3. Clear your browser's cookies and cache
I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive in each promotion, we are unable to change registration information. If you do win a prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact customercare@helloworldfulfiment.com.
Why can't I use my P.O. Box address on the address update form?
Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
What is COPPA?
COPPA is an acronym for the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act which is a federal law regulating how the personal information of children under the age of 13 can be gathered and used on the Internet.
Is your promotion COPPA compliant?
Yes, the CAPRI SUN® Pouch & Play Nintendo Switch™ Sweepstakes is COPPA compliant. While this promotion is designed to be fun, we at Capri Sun® and Kraft take COPPA and your child's privacy very seriously.
Is Capri Sun® collecting personally identifiable information about my child in accordance with COPPA guidelines?
As part of the CAPRI SUN® Pouch & Play Nintendo Switch™ Sweepstakes, Kraft is collecting a username, password, and parent/guardian email address, solely to allow the fulfillment of prizes should your child win. This is being done in full compliance with COPPA guidelines. As a result, if CAPRI SUN® Pouch & Play Nintendo Switch™ Sweepstakes, you will receive an email from us letting you know. We will also provide you with the opportunity to opt your child out of the promotion. Regardless of whether or not you choose to opt out your child from the promotion, no information about children under 13 will be used for any purpose other than fulfilling promotion prizes. All information about children under 13 will be destroyed immediately upon conclusion of the promotion.
My child is under the age of 13. How do I opt them out of the promotion?
As part of the registration process, your child is required to provide your email address in addition to their own. You should have received an email from us when your child registered for the CAPRI SUN® Pouch & Play Nintendo Switch™ Sweepstakes containing information about opting your child out of the promotion and providing a link to do so.

What is the time frame for uploading my receipt from date of purchase?
The product purchase date and timestamp must be within January 1, 2024 - March 31, 2024 of receipt upload for the purchases to be considered eligible.
Will a credit card receipt be accepted as a purchase receipt?
Sorry, unfortunately we cannot accept a credit card receipt as it will not have enough detail to verify that the reward requirements have been met.
I received an email that said my receipt was rejected. What should I do?
Follow the instructions within your emails to either make a new purchase or take a new photo of your receipt. Make sure that your receipt image is clear and shows the retailer, contains a valid product, purchase date and timestamp, the purchase price and receipt total and has not already been previously accepted.
